The portal uses the most up-to-date levels of security to protect our customers’ private station data. The platform is managed by a secure 3rd party industry recognized partner.

We understand how critical data is to your business and we take this very seriously. Great care has been taken to ensure your data stay safe, secured, and available.

Data Center

We have engaged with a world class Data Center which is the first key step to guarding your data. The Data Center is physically protecting the servers that host it. The Data Center is a fault tolerant environment which incorporates the following:

  • CSAE3416 third party certification
  • Redundant failover network connections
  • Onsite backup power supplies and generators
  • Temperature and humidity control
  • Fire prevention monitoring with dry-pipe, pre-action fire suppression sprinklers
  • 24 X 7 video and onsite security staff surveillance, and
  • Secure bullet-resistant entrances with biometric access controls to restrict access

Servers and Data Backups

Physically securing the servers is important, but it’s just the first step. Comprehensive tool sets and processes constantly monitor, protect, and backup the ‘virtual’ world inside the servers as well. This includes:

  • Internal security controls restricting access
  • Application-level controls
  • Secured firewall access
  • Redundant server level uninterruptable power supplies
  • Redundant failover virtual servers
  • Real-time monitoring (disk space, uptime, performance, etc.)
  • Full and incremental data backups stored onsite as well as offsite
  • Disaster recovery exercises performed for data verification, and
  • Third party intrusion prevention and detection system (IPS/IDS)

Application Level Security

  • Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with RSA 2048 Bit encrypted communication between web browser and server
  • Enterprise Class Password Management (minimum length, complex, encrypted non-view or reversible, scheduled rotation)
  • Full audit history of all data changes (eg. who changed what and when), and
  • Backup schedule (including daily full backups and hourly log backups)
